We recently acted for legal-tech startup, Graceview, on its acquisition by Swedish AI-giant, Legora.
Graceview is an advanced legal intelligence and workflow tool used to empower legal, risk and compliance teams to navigate regulatory challenges. The business has grown rapidly since it established operations in 2023 and raised a $1.5M seed round in 2024. We have had the privilege of assisting the business along the way.
