Zain trained and worked at one of Australia's leading large law firms in their Private Equity, Private M&A and Investment Funds team for a number of years advising various clients on their most important and complex transactional matters. Zain also worked as part of the in-house legal team at one of Australia's leading institutional fund managers, advising on transactional and corporate advisory matters as well as strategic, investor relations and product-related matters.
